Graf won a norwegian Grammy for Best Electric Jazz Record in 1979 with drummer Paal Thowsen.

Per Mathisen has toured and performed in as many as over 30 different countries and has been performing with world famous jazz artists such as: Hiram Bullock, Bill Bruford, Mike Stern, Gary Husband, Marilyn Mazur, Geri Allen, Adam Nussbaum, Gary Thomas, Tery Lynne Carrington, Maria Joao, Jojo Mayer, Jerry Donohue, Nguyen Le, Ralph Peterson, George Garzone, Benjamin Schmid, Ole Mathisen, Tony Moreno, Chris Washburne, Paolo Vinaccia, Olga Konkova, Stian Carstensen, Jon Christensen, Terje Rypdal, Gerald Preinfalk, Martin Koller to name a few. Per is a member of the bands Acuna/Hoff/Mathisen, FFEAR, Crossing Borders Quartet, Olga Konkova Trio/Quartet, Ensemble DeNada, Hans Mathisen Quartet, Robin-Mathisen-Millot Trio.
Per Mathisen has his education from Trondheim Jazz Conservatory and Berklee College of Music in Boston USA.
